More people waiting in line than in the store! The line barely moved while I shopped for 20 mins. Waited 10+ mins in line, dropped everything and left.
The audacity to ask “do you want to round-up” is actually insane for the experience you receive here. I’m starting to consider that as the “do you want to tip” to a thrift store… yeah I’ll pass.

Same as all the others, 90% of the store is clothing.

Kindness and QC both lacking. Saw two people making returns for damaged items while I was there.
The first one was a Hispanic woman and the cashier was very rude to them. Scolded the customer for asking how returns happen while they were doing a checkout. Then after the manager helped the cashier with the return, the cashier told the manager that the customer didn't understand what she was trying to tell her. She understood just fine. It looked like she was just frustrated to have to wait through a very slow moving line to get her return.
The cashier was also unable to do a transaction using both cash and card so the person in front of me just left some of their items behind instead.
Also there's only one rack for shirts in the men's section and they've jammed so many on there that you can't see any of the fronts.
