  When I arrived today, the person organizing the carts was very nice! I was disappointed that I couldn’t shop here as there are no fitting rooms. The sizes are not in order which is to be expected but the racks are organized by color which really helped. Unfortunately, I didn’t buy anything today and I won’t be back here unless I know what I’m purchasing fits me and I can see it on myself in a mirror. The return policy only provides store credit, so I don’t have the option of brining things home to try on then return, I don’t regularly shop here so the store credit wouldn’t be used.

  Cannot stand the smell (disinfectant?) of this and other Goodwill stores, it's horrible and lingers on your clothes for hours. Rarely find anything of quality in this store. Sometimes a picture frame or Christmas item, occasionally something for a Halloween costume.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ABSOLUTE SLANDER AND SANITARY DISASTER! I visited this store today and the staff was extremely unprofessional and paranoid. They literally harassed and falsely accused me of stealing a pair of shoes right in the middle of the store and followed me out to the parking lot! A few minutes later, they found that "missing" pair inside their own messy cart because of their own incompetence! No apology, nothing. Just pure slander and garbage customer service. On top of that, the store is incredibly dirty and unsanitary. The clothing racks and shoe displays are completely covered in dust and filth. Ever since I started sorting through their unwashed items, I developed a severe allergic skin rash/scabies-like reaction on my forearms and ankles due to the lack of hygiene in this location. The Management needs to immediately clean this place up and train the staff on basic human decency and asset protection protocols. Avoid this Camfield location at all costs! Zero stars if I could.

  It’s not just this goodwill - it’s most of them. There is no sizing or size organization here. Every size is just thrown together here. My trips take so much longer when I have to sift through over 500 pairs of jeans when probably 40 are my actual size. It makes the entire experience too long and stressful. AND no more dressing rooms! Please bring back size organization atleast!
