  This is my local Goodwill and I shop here all the time and usually have a good experience. But the management needs training on customer service in the area of check out. I had been waiting in line for a long time which was fine until one of the managers comes up and she says I’ll take the next in line. The young lady ahead of me was next so I asked her if she wanted to go to the other register but by the time she started to make the move another person was already being helped and others had lined up after her. I told the manager that I had been waiting and she said “oh I’ll help you if you were next”. I said no that young lady was next and I walked out. I work at a retail establishment If you say “I’ll help the next person in line” you need to make sure you are taking the next person il line!!!! Make eye contact!!! Acknowledge your customer!!!!

  It was good prices and really small inside and limited carts but a nice place to buy cheap and reasonable prices and all in all it was nice experience

  I’ve been shopping at Goodwill for the last 10 years and I’ve had the most pleasant experience working with Isaac. I came in today to find out that he is moving to the wendover road store although I will miss seeing his face. I am happy for him to experience something new on the other hand, I feel really sad for this Albemarle road location because he was the only Manager in my opinion that kept product moving and costumers happy Congratulations on your new adventure and yes, I will be shopping the window store from now on.
