  Totally unacceptable delivery. The delivery person placed the edible arrangement on GROUND/my door step prior to ringing the bell, then just walked off got in his van and drove away. I can see if he left the arrangement on the ground after ringing the bell and no one answering the door, that would understandable. The fact that he sat the delivery on the GROUND prior to allowing someone to answer the door is unacceptable. This was all captured on my Ring doorbell camera. Will NEVER order from this place again!!

  Everything was horrible! The older lady cut me off when I was trying to place my order! Not once but repeatedly! What I wanted she said they didn’t have and that I would have to settle for what they had! I placed the order thinking I would get an order equal or similar to what I wanted! When I arrived I record 3 chocolate covered strawberries that were old and mushy, a cluster of 5 grapes 4 circular pineapples that were brown and two very small cheese cake type of cookie that was terrible. These items were placed inside of a small wood basket! When I arrived the lady that was rude on phone was at the counter reached me my order! I stared at it for about 30 seconds! The old me would have reacted very different! The new me just asked the lady is this my order! She said yes as she stared at the floor! Her and her husband both! They both remembered me from our conversation the day before! They were ashamed of the order they gave me! I could have asked for my money back! But the I was kind and polite! I even said thank you! And walked out! The pin is mightier then the sword! This was an unpleasant experience I just hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else! We all work hard for our money! When we spend it we only want what we pay for and to be respected when we spend out money with a company! If they are reading this they know exactly who I am and they should be ashamed!

  Ordered for my mom's birthday. Called the store the morning of delivery and the lady was nice and ensured it would go out shortly. My mom received it and sent me pictures. It looks close to the pictures online. That's all I was hoping for. Will order from here again.

  Went to this location one time to try to get a Smoothie was told this "Too busy to make smoothies this week" despite the sign out front saying they make smoothies. Not going back because that is rude and bad service.

  Well Valentine's Day. I payed an insane price to have chocolate covered strawberries delivered to my wife at her work. Had to txt my wife to say how was your day. She said nothing had been delivered. So I called store 977 like 10 times. I Ended up driving 40 minutes to the store. Was told your order was just one of the ones that didn't happen. You couldn't figure this out and call me? The cashier said what do you expect it's Valentine's Day. Really! I had her return my $88- and will never order edible arrangements again! Thanks for ruining my Valentine's Day!!
