  Totally unacceptable delivery. The delivery person placed the edible arrangement on GROUND/my door step prior to ringing the bell, then just walked off got in his van and drove away. I can see if he left the arrangement on the ground after ringing the bell and no one answering the door, that would understandable. The fact that he sat the delivery on the GROUND prior to allowing someone to answer the door is unacceptable. This was all captured on my Ring doorbell camera. Will NEVER order from this place again!!

  Everything was horrible! The older lady cut me off when I was trying to place my order! Not once but repeatedly! What I wanted she said they didn’t have and that I would have to settle for what they had! I placed the order thinking I would get an order equal or similar to what I wanted! When I arrived I record 3 chocolate covered strawberries that were old and mushy, a cluster of 5 grapes 4 circular pineapples that were brown and two very small cheese cake type of cookie that was terrible. These items were placed inside of a small wood basket! When I arrived the lady that was rude on phone was at the counter reached me my order! I stared at it for about 30 seconds! The old me would have reacted very different! The new me just asked the lady is this my order! She said yes as she stared at the floor! Her and her husband both! They both remembered me from our conversation the day before! They were ashamed of the order they gave me! I could have asked for my money back! But the I was kind and polite! I even said thank you! And walked out! The pin is mightier then the sword! This was an unpleasant experience I just hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else! We all work hard for our money! When we spend it we only want what we pay for and to be respected when we spend out money with a company! If they are reading this they know exactly who I am and they should be ashamed!

  Ordered for valentines. No indication of any ETA or any sort of status until the last minute. Couldn’t get in contact with the store, no response to any calls or text. Now 8pm and still hasn’t arrived, what good is that? I get it’s Valentine’s Day and probably busy, but if you couldn’t accommodate deliveries at a reasonable hour, why accept them? And why not communicate? And say hey, we’re running behind but would you like it picked up? Update: it is now 9am February 15th and the order was never delivered. You dropped the ball and I’ll never use this store again. Awesome Valentine’s Day.

  Love this place. Always efficient when I need em. These guys have to deliver over 60+ deliveries a day. And all before 5pm in the HEAT. Always polite. Thumbs up
