  Never delivered order on guaranteed day, no one is answering the phone or emails for my inquiry. The tracking status just says order received and working on. I had to contact another store to place a same-day order, resulting in an additional $27 out of pocket that I could have avoided had I avoided this store altogether. Their customer service needs some work.

  I grew up seeing Edible Arrangements commercials on TV, and they always felt so bright and cheerful. Years later, when I lived in Mint Hill and discovered a physical store tucked into a little strip mall behind my neighborhood, it instantly became one of my favorite stops. I used them once for a coworker’s birthday and was so pleased with how beautiful and fresh everything was. My best friend and I used to stop in on our way to and from the tanning salon next door, and every time we walked into that store, I was in awe. The displays, the fruit, the atmosphere...it always felt special. Today, I live two hours away, but I still chose Edible Arrangements for my dad’s birthday. Even though he would have loved something dipped in chocolate or covered in sprinkles, his health doesn’t allow it anymore. I ordered the Simply Edible Bouquet, a balloon, and a birthday card to brighten his day. I’m excited to hear his reaction, and I’m grateful that Edible Arrangements continues to be a place I can trust for beautiful, thoughtful gifts no matter the distance.

  I wish I would have read the reviews for this store BEFORE placing an order on this morning. I am often solicited by Edible Arrangements via email and I have ordered TONS of times for out of state deliveries and in the University Area of Charlotte. I decided to bring a fruit bouquet to my team at work in appreciation for a job well done and this store was the closest to my home. I ordered online this morning for a pickup and chose an 830am time slot. When I arrived at 846am, I was berated by an employee who was VERY rude and told me that there was no way they could make my order in the time frame given. And that it takes the chocolate 15 min to cool alone!!! I explained to her that I just chose a timeslot that was offered online and I have no idea what time her team reports to work. And as a sidebar, I am 15 min late for the pickup. She went on to tell me that not only did I order incorrectly, I offered the incorrect contact number. When I asked her to verify, turns out that SHE was dialing the incorrect number and that my information was correct. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will NEVER visit this store again. With all of these negative ratings, the manager/owner of this site obviously doesnt care. USE ANOTHER LOCATION. THIS LOCATION DOESNT NEED OR WANT YOUR BUSINESS
