As you can see from the pictures, they were terrible & looked nothing like the photo they had on the website whatsoever. I understand that they can differ due to what’s in season or available. But when she called to complain there was no offer of resending flowers but she was told someone would call her & they would give a partial refund-ridiculous considering the cost & how brown all the roses were. No one ever called, she called again & was told the same thing. That was over a week ago. I definitely don’t recommend & would never use this company. The first 3 photos are when I received & the last was how they were two days later.
