  If I could leave a 0 star review I definitely would!!! Customer service was horrible. One lady came out with a uniform on but didn’t greet any of us that was waiting. Then the lady that did come out was wearing a belly shirt and said wait I’ll be back but never showed. Waited for 18 minutes and have not placed my order not to mention Before I arrive I called several times and no one ever answered the phone. I called corporate while I was in the store and corporate suggested that I call to place my order as I’m standing in the store. Absolutely worst customer service!!! Zero Stars!

  I’m not sure what has happened to this place but I went in today to get an arrangement and there were none premade, the display case was broken and when an arrangement was requested, I was told that they had no strawberries. Do better.
