  I visited this store for the first time on September 8. The store has a great shoe selection, especially for someone like me who usually has a hard time finding the right fit. I came in for one pair of heels and ended up buying two. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I had signed up on the website the day before for the advertised 20% new-customer discount, but at checkout I was told it only applied to a second purchase. So I suggested ringing up one pair first and the second as a separate purchase — and was told that wouldn’t work either, with no clear explanation why. After a long and unpleasant discussion, the employee who appeared to be the manager eventually applied the discount. I had previously visited the Matthews location, where the associate was wonderful, helpful, and even offered to reserve shoes for us. The staff at this location could learn a lot from that level of customer service. The rude and dismissive attitude at checkout really took the joy out of buying two pairs of shoes. I hope management pays attention to how customers are treated here.

  The store had a limited selection and the ones I liked didn't have my size 7. Online is much better. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

  Took away one star due online shoes looked different. Was only in store for return, but customer service was great!
