Took me over a week to get them to finally find an alternative to the crashed platform, then after I finally getting to make the payment, someone literally offset my design from what I requested in the review link. Now 2 more days have passed, and I can't get a response via email. On hold now for the passed 30 minutes (not to mention the other hours I spent on the phone with tech support and holding) to see what the hold up is now. crazy
