My sister and I were at City Trends near UNC Charlotte, just browsing around the store. We hadn’t even been there for two minutes when we witnessed something very unexpected. Two tall women, who appeared to be tall enough to play basketball, suddenly ran out of the store carrying clothing from the clearance aisle. I was honestly shocked and didn’t even know what to say other than, “I just witnessed a store robbery.” I really hope management considers increasing security and having more employees available in the store. Situations like this can be concerning for both customers and employees, and having additional staff and security could help prevent incidents like this from happening. Besides that everything looks ok in the store.

I went in just browsing around and ended up leaving with some clothes hangers (25 pack velvet black). I love the different items they have to purchase here so much reliable things!! First time in there and I definitely will be back. Only thing I thought was weird was the fact that the cashier asked for my number so that an e-receipt would be texted me…she still handed me the paper receipt…??? lol

Bad experience went to go get a birthday outfit they had a sign on the door stating they were closing at 7 , went in 1:30 before close found a outfit went to go try the outfits on because I'm a heavy set woman and needs to try the clothes on 1 hour before close the lady with the long straight hair who was skinny and tall told me that she would not be opening the dresser room they fina close and it was a whole hour before they closed mine you all I had was 6 piece of clothing very disappointed and argue drove our my way to be in a hot store for 30 minutes only for them to not let me try the outfits won't be coming back.
