  Had the best experience shopping here ! Dasha was outstanding, she helped me find the right shoes for work and I picked up a very nice shirt while I was enjoying the store I will be back!

  April was amazing. She helped me through shipping, return and credit issues, but also made great recommendations for me and tried to track down inventory to get me what I was looking for. The communication was excellent and I will be back to see her again.

  Had a great experience finding myself a polo for work and a T-shirt. Very clean store and really nice fitting rooms. Dasha was extremely helpful! Highly recommend this location!

  Had an amazing experience at the Boss store thanks to Dasha! She truly went above and beyond to help my fiancé and me pick out the perfect dress shirt and jacket. Her service was exceptional, making the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure everything fit perfectly. Dasha was so accommodating throughout the process and genuinely cared about helping us find the right look. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, professional, and dedicated to customer service. Highly recommend this store, if you’re looking for a great shopping experience!

  Sad to see some of the negative reviews from the past about this location. However, I know personally that this store is under great leadership with Dascha(sorry in advance if I misspelled your name, that’s what I get for not asking for your new business card) In any event, she was outstanding at the Boss outlet store, so I know she’ll do a fantastic job in the South Park location. Jonathan is just as helpful as well. Both of them offered attire solutions for me to consider so they are both on top of their games. Forget about all the past negative reviews. Dascha helped me source a handsome colored Hugo Boss tux recently by helping me get the purchase shipped from a Georgia location store to here in Charlotte. Our store here didn’t have my size but she made it happen in Georgia, so that spoke volumes to me as a customer. As long as you treat them both with respect and be courteous with them, they will both go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your purchases. Thank you both for your service and professionalism.
