She was very friendly and helpful with style suggestions, and set me up with my online account. There was a nice vibe in the shop; they clearly hire good people. It was altogether a nicer experience than hunting for suits in a department store, with the major difference being my clothes will be shipped to me directly at home. Thanks again!

I came in last minute before a wedding and Stephanie went above and beyond in providing styling advice and arranging logistics to help me look spiffy in time for the wedding. I did not know this, but the store is more of a showroom. It is intended show people the clothing / materials in person and dial in sizing for an online order from Bonobos (I recommend ordering in store vs online, staff is very helpful). Luckily, I fit into some display items and placed an online order for additional pieces with expedited shipping. Stephanie even followed up with me via email to provide an update on logistics.
