  Phree is the real MVP, she’s super diligent and kind!!! Thank you for making sure I got the exact perfume I was looking, and I was able to add a few others on my list to purchase my next visit!!

  the sales associate Jay who works in the men’s department was rude. i mentioned we were waiting to do a return and how no one acknowledge us, he felt the need to make a sarcastic remark. you work with the public. if you had a bad day i can understand but that’s not how you speak to someone.

  I’m extremely frustrated with my recent Belk pickup experience. I placed an order for two items around 11 AM and never received any notification that it was ready. The app continued to say “in progress” for hours. I went to the store around 3 PM and spoke to an employee who said she would go get the earrings because the dress was already there. After waiting and walking around the store for about 30 minutes, we came back and still had no update. We eventually started looking for the earrings ourselves. The fine jewelry department tried to help and spent a long time searching, but it was very clear the process was disorganized. The pickup employee eventually came over and said they were “so busy,” though the store did not appear busy at all. In the end, they discovered the item was not actually available — despite the app continuing to show it as in stock. What made the experience worse was the implication that I somehow used the app incorrectly, which I did not. I also requested for the order to be canceled, and the employee said she would handle it, but the order was never canceled. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience with poor communication, lack of organization, and wasted time.
