I was looking for the perfect birthday fragrance for my husband, and I visited several perfume stores throughout the mall. I spoke with many different sales associates, but unfortunately, none of them really listened to what I was looking for or understood my preferences. Then I met Jackie, and everything changed. She was incredibly kind, positive, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me. She listened carefully, immediately understood exactly what I wanted, and recommended the perfect fragrance. Her knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I am truly grateful to Jackie for her outstanding customer service.
