  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Balenciaga’s in-store return policy and customer service. I purchased a pair of boots in store at full price. The item was not as represented and had clear quality issues. I contacted the store and Client Services promptly and provided documentation, expecting a reasonable resolution given the cost of the merchandise and Balenciaga’s positioning as a luxury brand. Instead, I was told that Balenciaga will only offer store credit for in-store purchases — even in cases involving defective or misrepresented items. No inspection-based exception, no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue, and no flexibility whatsoever. For a brand that charges premium prices, this rigid and dismissive approach to customer concerns is unacceptable. A policy that forces customers into store credit when the merchandise is flawed does not reflect “luxury” service or accountability. Buyers should be fully aware that once you purchase in store, Balenciaga will refuse a refund regardless of product issues. I would not purchase from this brand again.

  Went into the store this past Saturday and ordered a pair of boots. I never received a tracking number nor confirmation of my order but my card what charged. I created a profile in store which I was directed to do and I do not see my order there either. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money there. Sketchy and unprofessional.

  Ordered sneakers didn’t receive a tracking number. (Louis Vuitton would never) Waited a week called store 8 times before someone picked up and they needed my address again. And I needed the sneakers that weekend. Nobody called me the next day nothing. Still didn’t get the sneakers yet.
