I’ve shopped here a few times and the greeting is always warm — everyone smiles and says welcome. But returns feel like a different story. I’ve returned items twice (both were online orders that just didn’t fit/work for me), and both times the staff processed it as though I was asking for a personal favor rather than exercising a normal return policy.
Today was especially uncomfortable — the associate asked me, item by item, “do you want to return this one too?” I had already brought in the items and explicitly said they were returns, so I’m not sure what was unclear. I stayed polite and smiled through it, but it left an odd taste. A return isn’t a special request — it’s a standard part of shopping, especially with online orders. I’d love to see the same warmth at the return counter that I get walking in the door.

Just put a no “people of color allowed” it clear as day this store doesn’t want any other color but white. Smh. That’s fine. That’s why all of the clothes are still there. Also, they don’t make sizes for anything larger than a size 2.

I’ve been to this store plenty of times and I must say everytime the customer service is horrible as well as the discrimination from the staff and lack of help is ridiculous ! If you are brown don’t expect to be greeted out of a kind customer service way you’ll be “greeted” multiple times to the point you know they’re watching you like you’re going to steal, they literally greeted my partner who was holding my shopping bags for me about 6 times ( yes I counted ) and as I’m standing in line ready to check out I was asked “Did I find everything okay” while the manger proceeded to talk on her walkie once she walked off from asking me the question…I used to work retail in undergrad and know the tactics of loss prevention in the retail world and they’re not discrete with theirs as much as they think. And from the reviews of other commenters they also felt the same way. I’ve been discriminated in my scrubs with my work badge on as well as coming into the store with regular civilian clothes . At this point with the amount of bad reviews I’ll be shopping online until further notice until we get another location here in Charlotte or corporate comes in and fixes the issue . For all they know I could have been a secret shopper and if I were one it would be a total employee clean out. Only person that was actually nice today was my cashier . Stop judging customers on how they look .
