Great shopping experience at Alo! The store offers stylish, high-quality activewear with modern designs and comfortable fabrics. The displays are elegant, and the overall atmosphere feels premium and inviting. A great destination for anyone looking for fashionable workout clothing that combines performance, comfort, and everyday style.

Dude with the short blonde hair, forgot his name but he helped me last week. He helped me find the right double take pant I was looking for. Didn’t have color but set me up with an online order. Got them in today and he was on point with them. He knows what he’s doing. Went and made another purchase a few days later for a gift. These are professionals and would go back every time.

I’ve shopped here a few times and the greeting is always warm — everyone smiles and says welcome. But returns feel like a different story. I’ve returned items twice (both were online orders that just didn’t fit/work for me), and both times the staff processed it as though I was asking for a personal favor rather than exercising a normal return policy. Today was especially uncomfortable — the associate asked me, item by item, “do you want to return this one too?” I had already brought in the items and explicitly said they were returns, so I’m not sure what was unclear. I stayed polite and smiled through it, but it left an odd taste. A return isn’t a special request — it’s a standard part of shopping, especially with online orders. I’d love to see the same warmth at the return counter that I get walking in the door.
