  I went to drop off some of my clothes here at the platos closet in Cary. I brought in some new clothes that still had actual tags and a couple of old clothes. I brought in about 6 bags, and all they could tell me is they found 3 items to sell. Ive brought my clothes to this location before and I truly believe those clothes were not looked at and there was little to no effort. I will not be going to this establishment again, it was definitely a waste of my time. And another thing, not sure if it was because I was black but I felt an irritation when I walked in with my stuff. So there's that too.

  Went twice this week with multiple bags I had lululemon , clothes with the tags still on them never worn , there was even a $300 all saints dress in perfect condition. The first time I went I came at open to give them time to go through and take their time , they were done in 30 minutes when it took me 2 hours to sort and bag these items so I know they didn’t actually go through anything. Both employees had super rude and snotty attitudes both times I went this week as if me bringing clothes was an inconvenience I’ve sold to Plato’s for years and I know what they do and don’t take so it’s very frustrating when 2 teenage girls are upset to do their job and my 2 hours of work plus driving here is a waste of time when I came back the second time today I could clearly see they did not even go through the bags and had me wait 2 hours to make it seem like they did I really hope this place can hire people who understand how to have a job and do what is in their job description, the white women with light brown hair also snickered and rolled her eyes when seeing me return a second time the small black haired white women was also super rude and snippy for absolutely no reason After seeing multiple other reviews I can see this is a repeat thing for this location these lady’s needs to work somewhere with less work than going through and hanging up clothes because clearly they cannot work a very low level job and still be good at something

  Carly and Jenna, you both are so sweet! Lively, conversational, and super friendly, and made my much needed retail therapy that much better. My favorite Platos, the best selection, best organized, and cleanest.
