- RCRianna Cress5 days ago1.0Unprofessional staff. Took my clothes there and two staff members are beefing over who is going to help me with dropping off clothes. After two coworkers are exchanging looks at each other and making a scene about who wants to actually do their job and take us, they finally take the clothes. I wait 3 hours just to be told that apparently my clothes have “too much wear and tear” to be taken. When there are no clothes with wear, staining, etc. everything was washed and basically brand new. Waste of time.

- AHAmelia HosineAug 2, 20261.0Sold a counterfeit item for $60 and then would not give a refund only store credit. Buyer be ware and double check your items. Management should figure out a process for giving a proper refund if an item is found to be counterfeit.
