  Always love Madewell, even if I don’t purchase a lot. Went in specifically to use a birthday reward, and found a cute top in their sale section. Annoyingly, they still had their “extra 40% off sale” signs up, even though at checkout they said that promotion had ended the day prior. I would have actually purchased more items had that sale (that was advertised) still been active. Otherwise, this location is in a really cool spot with other great shops, cute outdoor spaces, and restaurants/cafes/food trucks. Will come back just to visit the area!

  I think I found the best jeans of my life. I’ve always struggled to find good jeans. The girl that worked there was super nice and helpful. She said she’s going to be an OT, so shout out to her and best of luck!!!! Thanks for your kind words and positive attitude.

  Return policy is horrible. Holiday shopping should be an exception but the manager on duty said there was nothing she could do. Even with a receipt they would not offer a store credit. Will never shop @Madewell FENTON.
