    The lady that allowed me to sell some jewelry that belonged to my late stepmother made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. I became emotional and she handed me a box of tissues, and allowed me to have my moment, with no judgment but compassion!

    I was referred to this place to sell used jewelry. Rebecca was who serviced us and the experience was nothing shy of great! Her customer service was awesome and she really helped make the process easy. This was our first time ever selling jewelry so we did not know what to expect. Quick and easy process. They are very thorough with buying jewelry and we did not feel like they were trying to get over. I’d highly recommended this place to anyone looking to sell jewelry.

    I had a great experience at JewelRecycle in Cary working with Lakshmi and Rebecca. I brought in several silver coins and was unsure of their value, but they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. The process was quick, easy, and completely transparent, with all testing done right in front of me which I really appreciated. They were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured. I truly appreciated how honest and helpful they were. I will absolutely continue doing business with them anytime I have gold or silver to sell. Thank you both so much for such a positive experience!

    First off they have a QR code who has made the review process so much easier. Additionally, I recieved help from Carrie, whi was amazing! Great customer service, explained so much to me about the process and rally helped me get more bang for my buck ( jewelry) will absolutely be coming back ! Huge thank you to the amazing staff
