  I placed an order on 7/31 using an online coupon. Received order confirmation which included the coupon. Two days later I received a second charge on my card for the amount of the coupon plus additional shipping costs. I have sent multiple emails questioning how the confirmation can be changed after received but have not received any responses. It appears they only care about the order not customer service.

  AMAZING LOCATION. Staff was beyond helpful and sooo caring. Michael was so sweet and sincere and offered his condolences to my family and I through such a difficult time with the passing of our relative. Thank you again Michael and staff! The fruit tray was also beautiful and my family enjoyed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

  I called the location in raleigh to place a birthday order paid for it over the phone, I come to pick up my order and to my surprise they DONT HAVE AN ORDER FOR ME HERE. THEY SAID ITS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER FAULT THAT THEIR CALLS GET TRANSFERRED TO CARY . NOW I CANT DELIVER MY GIFT TO MY SPECIAL SOMEONE BC THEY JUST MADE ME LATE FOR THE REST OF THE EVENING! I tried to get a refund but they said no bc it was already made. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 bc this lady was nice and apologize.

  I attempted to have an arrangement sent to a friend local to this location for a family members passing. What an immense mistake choosing this location. This store in Cary, NC has the WORST customer service EVER!! They wouldn’t cancel the order (tracker said it was not even made yet) or change delivery address. I placed the order after they were closed on Saturday, June 27th & called them as soon as they opened on Sunday, June 28th to change the delivery address or cancel the order if the new address was out of their zone. I waited on hold for an hour. They refused to cancel the order. They kept $99.05 including a $16.51 tip for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I will be disputing this transaction with my CC company as nothing was delivered, attempted to be delivered nor work with a paying customer to come to an arrangement. DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE THOUGHT ABOUT SPENDING A SINGLE PENNY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT.

  This store is terrible. My gift waa delivered 5 days late. I called thenday it was to be delivered. Said it was my fault the receivers driveway was blocked. I called the person who did not know I sent a gift unblocked the drive and called them. They got it there 5 days later. The balloons were deflated. Customer service was rude and said it was all my fault. My only fault was trusting them. I have now filed a VISA non fraud dispute. Terrible service. The nice picture was what I ordered the deflated pic is what they got. Not even close to what I thought I was ordering!
