    This store is terrible. My gift waa delivered 5 days late. I called thenday it was to be delivered. Said it was my fault the receivers driveway was blocked. I called the person who did not know I sent a gift unblocked the drive and called them. They got it there 5 days later. The balloons were deflated. Customer service was rude and said it was all my fault. My only fault was trusting them. I have now filed a VISA non fraud dispute. Terrible service. The nice picture was what I ordered the deflated pic is what they got. Not even close to what I thought I was ordering!

    Very happy with the arrangement i received for Mothers Day! You guys made my Moms day!! The fruit was so sweet and the chocolate was great! Thank you Chloe and Zoe for helping work my delivery out perfectly. I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends for now on. I read through the delivery FAQs and then realized how busy you guys were, so thank you for taking the time to help get my order to my mom! keep your heads up, dont let others in the reviews bring you down because we all know how hard you work.     Last week, I placed an order for a delivery from this establishment for Mother's Day, consisting of three items; however, they delivered only one item. I called them twice on the same day. During the first call, they told me they would make the delivery a little later; during the second call, they informed me that they would issue a refund. Several days have passed since then, and I have received neither a phone call nor the refund. I have also sent emails but have received no response whatsoever. I thought Edible was a more responsible and professional company, but it seems I was mistaken. Be careful—don't let them steal your money, honest customers!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE IN CARY, NC. They have horrible customer service. Out money was taken for an arrangement & delivery costs too but delivery was never attempted. They refuse to do a refund & they are placing several stipulations to get the arrangement: needs to be during the week only & they will not refund. THID IS S DISHONEST STORE!! Do not give your money to this store. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

    IF THERE IS ONE REVIEW THAT YOU SHOULD READ BEFORE READING THE REST, IT IS THIS. I have ordered from these guys many times, through different stores (there are several in the Triangle covering different zip-codes). Edible is a reputable business for a good reason. However, as it in the case of any business, it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the company’s delivery policy, cancellation policy, or whatever other policy interests them before spending their own money. Maybe this is just me remembering life in a low-income family, but not doing so, and then leaving one-star reviews with verbal attacks, the old “do not order from here,” "disappointed," "unacceptable," and so on - especially when that info is available on the company’s website - is honestly strange to me. So I have decided to be a man for the people, and leave Edible’s official delivery policy here for everyone’s convenience. Hopefully it will clear things up for potential customers, and make things easier for the establishment as well. I copied and pasted this from the Edible Arrangements website’s FAQ’s, located in the menu beneath “customer service”: “· *****Requests for deliveries at specific times of day are not guaranteed.***** Please contact the store that will be processing your order with any specific questions regarding your delivery. [From my personal experience, the best practice is to familiarize yourself with the following times, and order for when you know the recipient will be at home or at work, respectively. And keep in mind that on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, it may be impossible to reach the store, as they are getting twenty calls at the same time throughout the day WHILE there is a line of people in the store waiting to be helped. This should surprise you no more than being unable to reach an airline on Christmas Eve]. · Residential deliveries may be made as late as 7:00PM.* *Please note that during busy holiday times, residential deliveries may be made as late as 9:00PM.* · Business deliveries will be made before 5:00PM*. Edible® may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or the receptionist with specific instructions to refrigerate immediately. Edible® is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. If the business is closed, delivery will be attempted the next business day. We do not advise same day business deliveries to be placed after 3:00 PM as many businesses close at 5:00 PM. Your local store may contact you if you place a same day order for delivery to reschedule your order for another business day. · At this time, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. · We may call the recipient to schedule delivery in some cases. The delivery times are also listed at the bottom of the confirmation emails that customers receive after we place an order. The reason for all this is that Edible Arrangements, unlike most similar companies on the market, accepts same day orders as late as 6:00 P.M. Yes, that is a very legitimate reason for why their delivery time must be flexible. No, it is not first come-first serve, as doing that while covering a huge variety of zip-codes WHILE receiving same-day orders spread across same zip codes will result in the drivers finishing making deliveries very late in the night. Had such a scenario happened with my order, I would be very frustrated that I took five minutes to research the company’s delivery policy, and organized my schedule around that, only to receive the order late because the company instead catered to someone feeling entitled who did not and chose to place the blame on said company. Also, anything relating to issues with the website has nothing to do with Edible stores. That is something that the stores have zero influence over, and is fully a corporate issue, so leaving Google reviews targeting stores about this affects people who are not to blame. Hope this helps, and thanks to the team for making movie night with my wife a little more special :-)
