- MWMaurice Woodard6 days ago1.0Today I ventured in to Bass Pro Shops in Cary ,nc because I saw that an item that I was looking for was on sale. Great! Twice I was asked if I wanted to become a member which means I would have to open up a credit card respectfully I declined. Found my items went to check out and I’m assisted by Alexander at the register who asks me again about opening a membership I respectfully declined again. He asks be for my phone number I respectfully declined. Here is where it starts to go south apparently he was annoyed that I said no and tosses the receipt on the counter and begrudgingly asks if I need a bag and puts it in the bag not a thank you or have a nice day. Alex you are in customer service act like you want to be there even if you don’t. If you don’t like your job try another career path where you don’t need to deal with people. Please Bass pro stop harassing your customers to open up lines of credit to get discounts. Not a good look.

- SBShadow BlackAug 2, 20261.0BPS absolutely refuses to answer their phone. I tried multiple extensions several different times and couldn’t get anyone to answer after 10+ minutes of waiting. Their prices are extremely high, so surely they can afford good employees who are capable of answering their phone. Don’t waste your time coming here. You can find what you need way cheaper online.
