  Rude employees and one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. Trust me, customers don’t necessarily want to make small talk we just want to shop, find what we need, and leave. Instead, the employees made the entire experience uncomfortable, almost impossible, and honestly unbearable. Shopping shouldn’t feel like this.

  I got a bra fitting here (my first one!) in the Aerie yesterday and was kinda nervous about the whole thing, but Roxy and Katelyn were super duper nice, very friendly and helpful. They were really patient, didn't make me feel like a bother, and they did a really thorough job helping me find a bra that was comfortable and looked good! They made me feel super comfortable even after trying on like a billion bras. 11/10!! :)

  I recently started shopping at American Eagle Outfitters after hearing great things about the quality of your denim. Unfortunately, my in-store experience did not meet those expectations. I purchased two pairs of jeans on May 20, 2026, and they initially fit perfectly when I tried them on in-store. However, after wearing them throughout the day, they stretched significantly and became very baggy, leaving me unsatisfied with the fit and quality. I returned to the store to request a refund. I was then told I could not receive a refund because the tags were allegedly not attached, even though I had them with me. The return policy on my receipt also did not clearly reflect what I was being told in-store, by the on duty manager Alison today May 29,2026 which made the situation confusing and frustrating. What was more disappointing was how the interaction was handled. When I mentioned I would be contacting corporate for clarification, I was told, “then do that,” and walked off. The tone and dismissal made the experience feel unprofessional and unhelpful. I expected a higher level of customer service and consistency from a brand like American Eagle. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that standard.
