  Edible Arrangements online ordering is the worst! The absolute worst! I placed a pick up order online for Burlington and it got sent to a Greensboro location somehow!! I called that store they wete very helpful and understanding anf canceled my order. AFTER trying to send it to Burlington but it wouldn't go thru. I was around the corner from the Burlington location so I just stopped by anyways to see what they had available, it was near closing! Irma came out and was EXTREMELY sweet, helpful, and thoughtful!! She only had but so much inventory left available but she made magic happen! She did all she could to get me most of what I originally ordered. And i greatly appreciated all her kindness and genuine care and concern. I didnt want to put too much on her from CORPORATE'S lousy online ordering system and due to it last minute, so I left Burlington with a whole LOT MORE than what I originally ordered. Irma was so kind and helpful, I wanted to do the same for her in return. So I helped clean out some of her stock. Both parties were EXTREMELY happy and satisfied when I left the store. So if you need a great place for a special occasion or something quick in a pinch (hopefully you will get lucky like I did), GO TO BURLINGTON AND SEE IRMA!!! She IS THE BEST AND WILL DO ALL SHE CAN TO GET YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT / NEED!!! IRMA - THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK, KINDNESS, THOUGHTFULNESS, HELPFULNESS, AND MAINTAINING YOUR GENUINE HAPPY, CARING PERSONALITY THRU MY PANICKED STATE!! I APPRECIATE YOU!!! I also had a surprise delivery order. The order was confirmed via email. It was delivered in the correct time frame given. But I do NOT like how it was done! The recipient had NO idea who sent the gift!! They were just handed 2 Edible gift boxes. That was it! Later they saw the card that I had submitted, online thru my order, and THEN knew it was from me. I wish it could have been presented better than it was. Im not sure if it was how the card and boxes were sent themselves or if the delivery agent just handed them a couple of boxes from Edible and stuck the card somewhere with the boxes. I just dont know. I do know that the card wasn't seen til much later. They need to fix that somehow, on whoever's level that is on. It could have been done a lot more smoothly. Plus, I never received an email delivery confirmation. Again, I dont know who's end that falls under either.

  Irma was so pleasant to work with in person to place an order. One star was lost because our name was not placed on the card of the recipient.

  Had an issue getting my order delivered from the Greensboro location and they corrected the issue with no problem thank you so much and if you need help look for a lady named Elma or Erma not sure I’m saying her name right but look for her.

  Tim made a delivery to us on April 14, 2026. He was professional and polite from the moment he arrived until the moment he left. He was a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day!! Thank you, Tim!!

  Hands down THE BEST customer service. Irma was so sweet and bubbly. My arrangement was ordered online but I ended up visiting the store for a last minute add on. It was executed perfectly and also ready before my pick up time . Thank you Irma and staff!!
