They market themselves as a convenient way to sell clothes, but what they really do is lowball people, especially college kids who don’t know any better or just need quick cash. I brought in quality items, many barely worn, and they picked through them like they were doing me a favor, only to offer next to nothing. It feels like they’re taking advantage of people who don’t have the time or resources to sell elsewhere. If you value your clothes at all, don’t bring them here. You’re better off donating them or selling online. At least you won’t walk away feeling taken advantage of.
