- YWYou WishMay 16, 20261.0Terrible customer service at this location!!! The employees act like you are bothering them by asking for help. Will not be shopping at Vans again!
- JLJensynn L.Oct 16, 20253.0The staff encouraged me to shop inside the store instead of online when I came to pick up something I ordered. They didn't have size exchange in store for another item I had. They stated I could exchange for other things in the store equal to the same price. I didn't find anything, so I will just be returning via mail
- GTgary trammellAug 3, 20215.0My experience at specific Van's store is always great due to the Store Manager "Jennifer ". Jennifer has always been great to work with along with Katlinn, who helped me on the phone and had the sneakers ready when I arrived at the store. Will always shop at this specific Van's store in Asheville, NC

- JYJason YeomansOct 1, 20205.0The only company who makes shoes to last that aren't 200+ dollars. There goes for kids shoes. Its the only brand that survives long enough for my 7 year old to out grow them.
