  Zay and his co worker were the best!!! They helped in everyway possible!!! These guys have great customer service skills. Me and my daughter will enjoy our glasses. These dudes need a raise. A good healthy 1!!!

  I loved working with Josiah at the Sunglass Hut in the Asheville Mall. He is very patient and helpful when you are trying to get the perfect pair of polarized sunglasses!

  Josiah was awesome with helping me exchange a pair of glasses. He was so patient in taking the time to find the pair I would actually enjoy and wear. He definitely looks out for his customers. Very knowledgeable and fair in his service.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut in the Asheville Mall with Josiah. As soon as I approached the counter, the gentleman was immediately rude and dismissive. He didn’t give me a chance to fully explain my situation before telling me “No” to a return. I purchased the sunglasses just a couple of days ago while on vacation and brought everything back exactly as it came — the original bag, box, and receipt. The glasses are in perfect condition. I only wore them briefly to see if I liked them, which I believe is completely reasonable when making this type of purchase. However, the employee insisted that wearing them at all was “not allowed,” even though that policy is not stated on the receipt. What made the situation worse was that he told me I could go to another store, but that *he personally* chose not to process a return — only an exchange. There was no clear explanation for why a refund wasn’t possible despite the items being in perfect, resalable condition, besides the fact that they had been on my face. I also previously left a review about this experience, and somehow it has disappeared. It’s frustrating because honest feedback is important — not just the positive reviews. Customers deserve to know what kind of service they might encounter before deciding to shop here. Everyone has different preferences, but professionalism and basic respect should always come first. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of both. It's hard to show how clean they are and that they aren't scratched in a photo; they could have been resold, End of story. Please don't call me again to complain about your bad review; it's just to prevent anyone from making the same mistake I did. Thanks.
