He even swapped out some lenses for my husband to make sure he got exactly what he wanted. He just went above and beyond for us without pressuring us to buy anything. Not to mention he gave us a great deal. I would definitely recommend going to him for any of your glasses needs!

Once she explained the reason, it made complete sense, and I really appreciated that she treated me with respect instead of just saying "no." She went above and beyond by helping my husband and me understand so much more about our glasses and our options. Since we've purchased several pairs over the years, she even fixed one of my older pairs, helped us pick out two awesome new pairs, and made sure we got the protection plan that fit our needs. The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone in the store was so friendly and welcoming, even on a rainy Sunday. It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely wants to help find a solution instead of being quick to dismiss a customer.
