  Sportsman’s Warehouse is a great place to browse and shop, with a good selection of merchandise and well-organized displays. Enjoyed looking at the animal displays a lot, which add an interesting dimension to the store and make the shopping experience more enjoyable. Only one personal hesitation about the store’s name, everything else was great. Of course still a fascinating place and I enjoyed taking the time looking around. EV charger 3 minutes drive away is a bonus. Convenient location.

  Extremely disappointed with the return/exchange policy, especially considering this was a non-firearm purchase. I purchased an item and discovered it was faulty within six hours of buying it. I wasn’t asking for a refund or trying to return something I simply changed my mind about. I only asked to exchange the defective item for the exact same item. The store refused to make a simple exchange and repeatedly blamed their store policy. It’s frustrating that a customer can purchase a faulty product and, only hours later, be told there is nothing the store is willing to do to replace it. Policies are understandable, but there should be a reasonable distinction between buyer’s remorse and merchandise that appears to be defective almost immediately after purchase. I would have expected better customer service and a practical solution, especially when I was simply asking for a like-for-like exchange. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider making ANY future purchases here. I recommend customers carefully review the store’s return and exchange policies before purchasing anything, because even a newly purchased item that appears faulty may not be eligible for a simple exchange.

  Middle of a Saturday, 5 employees behind the firearm department, stood there for 45 minutes and when i finally got noticed they were so far from helpful saying things like idk and man I only work here one day a week…. Not a great look

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Three people working at the gun counter, no one else shopping the area, and still no one bothered to offer assistance. One of the employees looked up saw I was standing there and walked over, I thought maybe he was coming to help, but instead he stopped and spit in a trash can and went back to doing nothing. Won’t be back.
