Great selection of items.. however be careful consigning here.
I dropped off items. Told them to donate the rest they didn’t want.
One of which was an entire jar full of gemstones and silver, and really quality brands..
Apparently they donated it.. which to me makes zero sense because of the value and demand of gold and silver..
I honestly suspect one of the employees took it because anyone with a brain could see that that jar was full of value. Guess her name was Reagan. I tried talking to the owner about this being a possibility. I love so much that she supports her staff and stands by them.. however genuine customer concerns, especially like theft need to be addressed and brought to the public attention.
I will shop here occasionally because it’s close to my house, but sadly I won’t be consigning here anymore..
I just do not trust my items here anymore.

I absolutely love this consignment store! The staff is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they make every visit a great experience. They have an amazing selection of quality clothes, shoes, home décor, and unique finds at great prices. Consigning here is also so easy, and I really appreciate how smooth and fair the process is. Whether you’re shopping for a bargain or looking to consign your items, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s definitely my favorite local store!

Lovely merchandise and selection!
I still shop here, but I've stopped consigning because I feel like I'm giving away items that other places like Reciprocity, Second Gear, and The Cottage Door in Weaverville will take, track, and sell appropriately. The owner seems kind, but she needs to handle consignment herself rather than trusting her teen workers with her business.
The first item I brought in, a nice coffee table, sold for a decent amount. But since that time, the dozens of other items in good condition that I've consigned (clothing, jewelry, shoes, fine china, etc.) have added less than $20 to my account. There is no online tracking system that you can view like other consignment stores in town, and the owner lets her teen workers go through consignment. The teens were busy talking and texting on more than one occasion which made me doubt that they entered the items into my account correctly or at all.

I was in here earlier today and picked up a few items. When I asked for a receipt, the girl said she'd text it to me later, that she had my number. How is that possible when I paid with my debit card? I was really tired, so didn't think much about it until later this evening. I also think the girl acted a little shady. I think I was over charged for my items.
