  Used to love Lulu products especially their pants. I'd been gifted a pair of pants (still brand new in the packaging) that I attempted to exchange to this location. The employees told me I was a few days outside of the exchange window and were completely unwilling to assist me. It wouldn't have been an issue to get to the closest location but it has washed away during hurricane Helene. Zero interest to give my money to a company anymore who is not at all understanding or caring for the difficulties the storm brought.

  I haven’t shopped at Lululemon very much, but I went in specifically looking for a pair of running shorts for my brother’s birthday. I cannot remember having a better customer service experience in my whole life—I think the employee’s name was Jackson, but he answered every question I had, gave me personal insight into different products, showed me real examples of different colors in the store, and was so patient while I went back and forth. Also, even though he was helping me the whole time, I didn’t feel pressured to buy a bunch of stuff I didn’t need/want/come in for. It was enough to make me think I need to be shopping with Lulu more, because it was the most pleasant shopping experience. Thank you so much!
