  Having experience with 3 providers due to vehicles being hit and totaled, I can say without a doubt that Monitech is the most professional and courteous. They have made the last part of my unfortunate situation easier.

  This is a money racket for 45$ Every time their machine malfunctions even when it’s their fault just had them uninstall it and now my cars not running right so I get to drive back up there and burn more of my money to get them to fix whatever they did to the car during the uninstall they need to close this place down

  The in person staff is phenomenal but you just about have to sacrifice your first born child to get anything done with their on-call staff. I called at roughly 1:50 to get a code and at 3:00 I’m still waiting to even contact a representative. I’d like to say this is a one time anomaly but I’ve personally experienced this more than once. If I can’t get a call back in the next hour before work I’ll have to pay to get my car towed to the shop tomorrow once my engine locks purely because they either don’t have the representatives to fill customer needs or plainly don’t care enough to answer the phone, neither are my fault but I’ll end up paying for them. If I had known how customer support was I would have gladly driven up to 1-2 hours to do business with another company. Update: after calling at exactly 1:58pm I finally got a resolution at 5:56pm. Total wait time: 3 hours 58 minutes. Atrocious.
