  I was gonna get one pair of pants until they were 80 bucks just for one pair of pants and my cousin took forever in there finding pants that she didn’t find any that were her size maybe stock up on the all the sizes thank you and I will do it at five when you guys get our sizes bye

  I was helped by a very nice woman on the floor and the cashier was also super nice and made sure everything was sorted for me. You never know what retail experience you’re going to get these days so I’m glad this store hires a variety of people with great attitudes.

  The gals working tonight were SO kind and helpful! Clothes shopping can be frustrating but these lady's went out if their way to help me find everything I was looking for and in the right sizes. 10/10 customer service 😊

  I came in Saturday evening 2/17/24 around 6:30pm and the mall and this store was dead. The whole back was clearance racks and I had a question about the sweaters discounted and was hoping an employee would come over to greet me and see if I had any questions or wanted a fitting room, but no. I could hear two employees talking and finally found one on the floor folding clothes and one person behind the counter on their phone. They couldn't be bothered to look up and notice who was in the store (just me) at all. I was really discouraged. Finally the younger girl with long red hair got up to help me checkout but the man still just stared at their phone. He was literally 5 feet away from me but couldn't be bothered to look up. He was easily in his 30's so he should know better customer service skills. I hope this wasn't a manager. I ended up purchasing the discounted sweater from the nice girl. I would have purchased more items if I had been shown some courtesy and offered a fitting room.
