I went into the golf area to get golf training grips for left handed early August. They didn't have any, they said they would order some. They had us fill out paperwork to get them. We waited several weeks and heard nothing. We called and was told it would take 6 weeks. We waited, still nothing, when we asked more questions we we hung up on. This is the worst service. Golf season is almost over and we can't even get our grips. Will Cornett made it right. Said the guy that helped us was a part time guy. Will took care of us at no cost to make up for the BS.

I got service immediately to buy another pair of shoes I had gotten there before and was thrilled they were in stock and as I walked around the store with my 8 month old 42# puppy socializing, most of the employees were welcoming and sweet with her

The store offers a huge selection of outdoors big brands, but I love the people. I had two staff members this trip. Kim and Carol, who were extremely helpful with my purchases.
