  Usually I go into the store to shop. My last time, 3 girls standing at counter talking and not one looked up or said hello. I announced I was there, told them I was surprised no one even said hello or told me of their daily deals, as I was used to hearing as soon I walked in. Now, I order on line, that will stop now as well. I called to ask if my order was in, told the clerk that I had forgotten my order number, she talked so loud on the phone it hurt my ears. She also gave me the brush off, well you have to go on to your card and get the number. I did, put it into the spot on line as instructed, got a computer giving me instructions. Told me to check my email, did, 2 times now, that was hours ago. Nothing, nada, and to think I get to do this again tomorrow. Wow, glad I did not do that second order I was planning on. I find better deals at Ross anyway and the customer service is much better. Thank you Maurices for nothing and I will be either finding my first order or there will be some very unhappy clerks at this store in Kalispell. And the mall is counting on this store to be a help in making the mall a good place to shop again. What a laugh.

  I fell in love with this chain a few years ago. This was my first visit to this particular location. One thing I've always loved about Maurices is their customer service but it was sorely lacking in this store. I was looking for some new unmentionables which required me to completely disrobe on my upper torso. With no support I had to undress and dress MANY times to get the right fit. The same went for the dresses I tried on even though I took in numerous sizes and styles. When checking out I shared with the clerk that I often go to the store in Couer de Lane, Idaho. She replied yes they have a much nicer store than us'! Wow!!
