- BJBeau JacksonOct 16, 20261.0Sportsmans warehouse offers a 5% military discount. However , getting an employee to honor said discount with a valid Digital VA ID Card off the VA App , apparently is not exceptable proof of service at the Helena Store. Why is it that your online shopping profile , that is verified through ID Me , is not tied to your stupid rewards number that they ask you for every time at checkout . That being said I have spent a lot of money at this store over the years, but will never step foot in one of your stores again after this experience I had with a specific condicending cashier . I was honestly caught off guard and insulted when she questioned the validity of my ID as I am not one to seek recognition for my military service . Reading through previous negative reviews , it almost seems that there mite be a trend at this local store.
- EAElliot ArchibaldOct 2, 20265.0Just got some suite glass! Bill and Keegan at the gun counter took amazing care of me! They answered all my questions and truly took time to put me on the perfect optics! Definitely going back there — and definitely gonna ask for Bill and Keegan!! Thx guys!!
- MWMonte WebsterSep 16, 20265.0Now, I'm used to my Sportsman's Warehouse here in Utah. I hit it whenever I'm looking for certain outdoor supplies, or buying some firearms. However on my motorcycle trip I just needed to get another layer to keep me warm. Luckily this place was stocked with some heated jackets and I was able to get something and it saved my trip. Montana was definitely colder than I expected it to be. And when I got it to Canada it was even more cold. Anyway Sportsman's Warehouse people are great and it's a great store. I'm glad to find one on my trip.
