  Nick Hoerr, the bike manager, is phenomenal to work with. He helped us trade in a Trek bike of our daughters in on a bigger one. The process was extremely easy. He helped my husband get into a new bike too. You can tell Nick is passionate about his job and he cares about the customers and their safety. He is a real gem! Thank you, Nick!

  Great sheels. They have arcade games and if there is a employee present the kids can play for free. Also down stairs is a great toddler play area with toddler restrooms. Our usual spot on the drive home

  Carl in the clothing department was great. Hooked me up with a pair of UnRl shorts - inbetween an athletic short and casual everyday shorts. I like them so much I left a pair at my buddies house I was staying at incase I return.

  On our way back to Canada, we stopped by this store to shop for some outdoor clothing and shoes. We haven’t had such an amazing retail experience in a long time. Every staff member greeted us as we walked through different departments, making us feel truly welcome. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They took the time to help us find the right sizes and provided detailed recommendations based on our needs. Customer service like this is rare these days. We ended up finding everything we were looking for and had a fantastic shopping experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

  This place hires the worst people to represent their firearms department. When asked for help to purchase a rifle “Jason” (they’re not professional, professional) didn’t want to answer any questions. I eneded up asking another employee if we could get some help he said let me call someone to help from this department. Jason comes back over, the other employee asked the same question. Jason goes down stairs and checks, comes back and peeks down the aisle says nope don’t have that caliber and walked off again. What’s so upsetting about this is that we were there for multiple caliber rifles and we weren’t getting the help that we were looking for. I ended up finally talking to a guy named Philip, who was no help either. Infact one of the other guys working that department says you never know what kind of day someone is having. Well I don’t think scheels as a business cares much about how your day is when people know what they want and you don’t make the sales. I asked for a manager and one never showed. Over 20g spent there in the past 30 days and this place could care less about returning customers they even recognize!
