I had lost the fin for my paddle board and was leaving for a camping trip the next day, so I didn’t have time to order a replacement online. The store didn’t have the correct fin in stock, but Nick went above and beyond to help. He searched in the back and found the exact fin I needed from a paddle board that had been returned due to damage. He even gave it to me at no charge. Nick’s willingness to go the extra mile saved our camping trip. Outstanding customer service! I really appreciate everything he did. Thank you, Nick!

Can’t imagine a business that won’t take your money. Finally 3 hours balance paid and I will never set foot in that store again
