I brought in new Smartwool, Ralph Lauren, Carhart items and they didn't want some and lowballed the rest. Don't bother if you have nice stuff, sell online.

Received my clothes to find 2 tags cut off as well as a pair of scissors in the bin they handed back to me? 1 was a wedding guest dress that retails for $220 brand new never worn, the other one was $180 anthropologie. I wish I had caught this when I turned down their offer in store. Incredibly sad and will not be returning.
