Drove up from Billings to the Bozeman store on my way to Helena. The ladies in this place were fantastic! They helped me get what I needed. The customer service in this store is outstanding!! There was several of the girls that helped me and they were all very patient and understanding of my needs. I left the store with two pair of Lululemon trousers that I think are going to be fantastic. If you're close to the Bozeman store drop in and give it a look-see

Amazing customer service and a great new store I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the new lululemon location in Bozeman. The customer service is honestly what stands out the most. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, especially when I’m having a hard time finding the right size or figuring out what fits best. The new store itself is fantastic too. It’s a great atmosphere, feels spacious and modern, and is a huge improvement over the old location. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it a really enjoyable shopping experience. I also appreciate that the staff never make me feel like I’m bothering them when I need help. They’re always willing to look for different sizes, suggest alternatives, or help me find something that works. That level of service makes a big difference, especially when you’re spending what lululemon costs. Great store, great atmosphere, and an especially great team. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
