  Chill store, unchill employee. I was having an excellent day, minding my own business while trying to exit the mall. I decided to walk through j crew as that was the closest exit to my car. Just then a person who I can only assume to be the manager. Kinda short and bald with a cardigan wrapped around his neck. He asked if I needed help finding anything, when I politely declined he seemed visibly annoyed and made a very passive aggressive comment behind my back about using the main mall exit instead of the j crew exit. This completely ruined my day as such unnecessary negativity has no place in this world. This is not to attack any other employee at j crew as I have had very pleasant encounters with a different employee named Silvia.

  Overall the store was decent. What really brings it down is the Manager …. I’ve never witnessed such rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and all around nasty behavior coming from a person. How is that woman even allowed to be the manager? The way she was belittling and degrading her employees was a total disgrace. As long as that sad excuse for a manager is employed there, I won’t be shopping there. I’ll also be telling everyone I know to avoid the place. Do better J. Crew

  We've stopped in to the J.Crew Factory store at the mall several times, and we've always been able to find quality items at good prices. Today's visit was extra special thanks to one sales associate, Ty. Hope that's spelled right! He was super attentive, knowledgeable, and kind to us both as we shopped. He clearly has an encyclopedic knowledge of clothing and quite an eye for style! We look forward to coming back soon. Thanks, Ty!
