Very unknowlegful staff. I took in a model 95 mauser and the employees big issue was that it didn't have a sight hood. I told him that a model 95 doesn't have a sight hood and he argued with me on the matter. He sat back arms crossed with a know it all smirk while spewing out complete idiotic nonsense about a feature that was never a part of that model of rifle. He also said the rifle was put together because of that... If he would of taken the time to look at the serial numbers he would of seen that it was numbers matching. Before leaving I did tell him that he may want to do some more research on mausers. With the way things stand with that lack of knowledge and fixation on having to have a sight hood as well as unwillingless to listen to anything I had to say, I could of walked in with a numbers matching GI bring back k98 from ww2 produced in 1940 or earlier and he would of told me the same thing because the sight hood wasn't standardized on every k98 until 1941. Also with that said it could of been a ww1 gew 98 which never had a sight hood either just like the model 95 never had one. He also went on to say that the metal on the sides should of been ground flush and I told him that that was the front sight leaf and that's how you adjust windage but he wasn't having it. Long story short the staff is very unknowlegful and will argue with you about something they obviously have no idea about.

VERY unwelcoming. No emotion, no smile, nothing. No one said hello when I came in, I HAD TOO, but on top of that, they didn’t offer assistance.
