  If u went in yesterday 09/25/2026 Tupelo,MS i am more than certain u werent happy with the girl working there! She had her airpods on and talking to someone on her phone as if there was no one there! Did not want to leave any stars, but at least she showed up to work 🙄

  I didn’t even want to rate at all!!! But Serenity was by far the most interesting person to work for SH! She did not care we were spending so much money there! When we asked for the glasses we had a snapshot of, she didn’t care to assist to help us find them! All the while she was FaceTiming someone and making faces at us as if we were the weird ones for ordering the way my husband wanted his glasses! Then she couldn’t do the discount and so I called 1-800 and while I’m on the phone she says “did yall still want these” “if not I’m taking them off” like if we didn’t want them we wouldn’t still be there standing! We called Ashley at Florence,AL and she was super helpful and tried to help her but she didn’t even care! After waiting for about 45 mins, Serenity finally says she can do separate transactions and we can pay for the RB apart from the RL like while didn’t u do that in the first place instead of making us wait!!! Not helpful at all and doesn’t belong in retail unfortunately and this will be the last time we purchase from SH 😡

  Serenity was the worst customer service rep i have ever encountered in buying from here!! She was facetiming the whole time and was rude!! Never again

  Employee was very helpful even though we showed up 20 minutes before closing. Love my Maui Jim glasses.

  I went in just looking and LonaAnna showed me a pair of glasses I couldn't live without! Will be purchasing all my eyewear from her going forward.
