Detarius was absolutely amazing and patient , he showed us bunch of different options and paid attention to every single detail even though we walked in last minute before closing , he still took his time to listen to us and finding what we needed. Miss Tracie was so kind and helpful as well . She took her time to listen and gave us advice. Absolutely amazing customer service. We will be back . Thank you guys
- WRWhere’s RaloApr 7, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut location. I came in to return a pair of sunglasses that I purchased in New York City. The purchase was around $600, and I had my receipt with me. The employee working at the time told me that I could not return the glasses there and that I had to take them back to the original store in NYC. That didn’t make sense to me since Sunglass Hut is a national retailer and returns should be handled across locations. After leaving that store, I went to the Sunglass Hut location and had a completely different experience. They processed my return immediately — no issues, no questions asked, and I received my full refund. This experience made it clear that the information I was given at the Southaven store was incorrect. For a company that sells premium products at high price points, customer service and accurate information should be consistent across locations. Unfortunately, the service at the Southaven location was disappointing and misleading
