  Spoke to a customer service associate on the phone and inquired about promotions and deals they currently had running. She gave me the deals, but when I asked a follow up question, I was given a condescending answer. "I already told you". I was asking for clarification about a specific pair of glasses and I felt like she was annoyed with that. I was looking to purchase $400 sunglasses, but I am frustrated with the unprofessional customer service and I will not be buying from sunglass hut.

  Please go see Faith I’ll give her a 11.5. Excellent customer service very detailed and helpful. She help me pick the perfect meta glasses and saved me some money… thanks to her I’ll for sure be back. I bought two pairs and will recommend everyone else to go see her for they meta glasses

  This is hands down the best location to shop for your sunglasses! Detarius was absolutely amazing and patient , he showed us bunch of different options and paid attention to every single detail even though we walked in last minute before closing , he still took his time to listen to us and finding what we needed. Miss Tracie was so kind and helpful as well . She took her time to listen and gave us advice. Absolutely amazing customer service. We will be back . Thank you guys

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut location. I came in to return a pair of sunglasses that I purchased in New York City. The purchase was around $600, and I had my receipt with me. The employee working at the time told me that I could not return the glasses there and that I had to take them back to the original store in NYC. That didn’t make sense to me since Sunglass Hut is a national retailer and returns should be handled across locations. After leaving that store, I went to the Sunglass Hut location and had a completely different experience. They processed my return immediately — no issues, no questions asked, and I received my full refund. This experience made it clear that the information I was given at the Southaven store was incorrect. For a company that sells premium products at high price points, customer service and accurate information should be consistent across locations. Unfortunately, the service at the Southaven location was disappointing and misleading

  Drove an hour from Sardis Lake to get some Costas. Got there at 6:50 and they had already turned off the computer. She wouldn’t help me at all. She was just worried about leaving at 7 so she shut down early.
