  I came to sell my clothes I had a Big Bin like the phone said to all the items was clean and and folded they told me to be back in 30 minutes told me I could go I decided to wait because that’s not that long not even 3 minutes later I get a text that they are done looking at my stuff they only picked out the stuff from the top everything else was was still folded neatly and in the same place that I put it there and I only got $16.80 😒 then had the nerve to say they not accepting the rest because of wear and tear BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT IT.will never come again I can promise you that.they didn’t even smile at me or great me when I came in they all looked at me like I was crazy.the male employee was a sweetheart but the female ones was rude as hell.i had dresses in there work shoes in there bonnets in there even work shirt and pants in there the only thing that was picked was a pair of pants and a pair of shoes

  If I could give no star I would lazy as people who don’t do their job drop 3 bags full off 3 min later saying it’s ready lol get a life they didn’t want to take time out to look at stuff so they say they got to much inventory they need to shut it down

  ABSOLUTELY pisspoor discriminatory customer service. I brought in 3bags of gentley used designers. One bag of vintage Strapbacks/Snapbacks Baseball caps. 2 miniNorthface backpacks. And a small bag of sterlingsilver rings and watches and some Yezzey 350 Boost and they only gave me $20.. I asked for a receipt for my items they picked through and paid me for ( LIKE THEIR SUPPOSE TO DO ANYWAYS).. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT HAVE A RECEIPT... I WAS TOLD BY THE ASSOCIATE IN THE STORE WHO SERVICED ME, FROM HER OWN MOUTH VERBATIM.. I CANT GIVE YOU A RECIPT and said Nothing else... That is not the truth and I did nothing to her for her not to give me a explanation on why she couldn't give me a receipt... She didn't even want to talk to me or even look in my face... Yes I'm a Black African American young male and I feel discriminated against because I've went to a different location Today with not even a third of what I took to the SouthavenPlatoStore and Cashed Out a whole $55 and it came with a receipt... I will NOT BE COMING BACK EVER TO THIS LOCATION... YOU don't have to look like a criminal to be one because those2 young female associatees robbed me with a Welcoming Smile... I had to leave a star so I could make the post but I give them No Stars UNACCEPTABLE

  The most unprofessional Clan of young, disrespectful, judgmental, deceitful, deceptive adolescents I’ve seen running a business. The blind being led by the blind Grand Master leader who owns the business. Take your business elsewhere. They discriminatorily categorize their customers in the system based on various reasons including but not limited to leaving a bad review, buying or selling over certain amounts, frequency, and interaction. They then use these codes, which reflect upon check-in to determine the level of service rendered to the customer. They refuse to show you a print out of the items you sell to them because the buying process is inconsistent and the prices change based on the customer. They should be sued and shut down for discrimination and deceptive business practices. Class Action anyone?
