  I went to Plato's closet Southaven this morning and found great deals as always and great customer service I was looking for fall clothes and found a lot of sweaters and jeans. As always miss Julie help me find exactly what I was looking for everyone was so helpful and she always reminds me of the upcoming sales and making sure I get my points. Great store and atmosphere MW-

  The store was clean and the staff was Friendly during my visit. The items that were accepted were done so in a timely manner. Thanks for allowing me to review again in a more positive manner.

  I have been here several times but this will be my last. Everytime I have been and seen the owner, she isn't friendly. I realize today she just racist. Caucasian lady comes in she was friendly the whole time. Latino lady spends over $100. The owner ask her to put her number in. Then she say the amount. The Latino lady had to say, I have a $10 off. Owner was aw okay let me go back. Clearly the owner seen that at first. Then me African American i spent $9. I use my card, tap pay. She ask me for my ID I gave it to her. Then she said I need to see a address with your name and the card matching. I pulled up my bank account. All this for $9. I will never go there again. I should've bought anything but I was looking for a top for my uncle funeral.

  I came to sell my clothes I had a Big Bin like the phone said to all the items was clean and and folded they told me to be back in 30 minutes told me I could go I decided to wait because that’s not that long not even 3 minutes later I get a text that they are done looking at my stuff they only picked out the stuff from the top everything else was was still folded neatly and in the same place that I put it there and I only got $16.80 😒 then had the nerve to say they not accepting the rest because of wear and tear BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT IT.will never come again I can promise you that.they didn’t even smile at me or great me when I came in they all looked at me like I was crazy.the male employee was a sweetheart but the female ones was rude as hell.i had dresses in there work shoes in there bonnets in there even work shirt and pants in there the only thing that was picked was a pair of pants and a pair of shoes
