  Bad service with attitude, the b guy cashier confused us about the price and did not give us receipt even asking. He said out of paper but it worked when got paid second item

  I’d highly recommend the district manager watch video from 1:30-2pm. Do not visit this place unless you have extra time to kill. Went in at 12:30 today. 9 people in line before me & 1 register open. I counted a total of 14 workers in the store in which 7 of them including the manager were standing in a circle right next to the register laughing & showing each other things in their phones. I was only there to exchange a belt but I didn’t see belts in the normal spot at other locations so I asked the cashier where the belts were. She had no idea. She asked another worker who had no idea as well. I finally had enough and asked the circle of workers hanging out if someone could take 2 seconds to point where in the store the belts were. Needless to say I finally found the belts & got out as fast as I can. 39 minutes in a store to exchange a belt is wild. I love AE but will never be back to this location. Now if you have 2 hours to kill & can’t find anything else to do just go to this location and search for the belts. If you have anytime left play I spy a worker actually working. You will run out the clock before you win that game

  Today when I tried to go pick up my online order the location is under renovation. The sign says they are in a temporary location near Skechers. After walking over there the location is locked and has no signage. Tanger/American Eagle/Google all show as it is open. Me and my 3 year old can tell you THEY ARE NOT! Father’s Day gift will be late.

  Back in December 2025, I had bought some earrings which was a pack of them. I was in love with those earrings but I didn't know how they could effect my skin. This March I was trying on some clothes which I had those earrings in. I noticed like big dark spots on my neck and ears. I thought I was having a allergic reaction or burned myself. But then I noticed my ear was green. So I took my earrings out and that little piece which protects the ear was turning green or black. And I only had those earrings in for 2 or 3weeks. My neck was turning black or dark brown for a few days. It was itchy and painful. So this just goes to the people who love this store and earrings. This is the place not to buy earrings from.
