- JWJessica Webster6 days ago5.0Stopped in to use the parking lot for RV overnight. Our set up is about 60 feet. BPS has always been our go to because of the spacious lots. This is probably one of the best locations for us. Easily accessible from highway, FLAT, roads wide, and the best part…there is a Holiday Inn right next door that you can walk over to and get breakfast from at an affordable price for “road food” that is actually good. Ordered it to go but ate in our home, got complementary coffee in the lobby to go. There’s also so much more in the surrounding area including outlet shopping, Sam’s on the other side of the Bass Pro and lots of restaurants that are walkable or you can just take an Uber to.

We apologized and the employee proceeded to huff and say "well I don't have eyes in the back of my head." Came off extremely rude and we had just walked in the building.
- PBPeyton BarbourAug 2, 20261.0Worst Bass Pro I have ever been to. The greeter was very rude. In the gun section all 3 of the employees was all talking to one customer and when I asked to see a gun the said it would be a minute and went back to talking.

It's hot, I have health conditions and nearly passing out and having to stop before walking again from being in a store should not be a concern!!! It's been disorganized and costumer service has been horrible; I've had employees watch my friends like they're stealing, and my sister (Pregant!!) who worked there been followed to the bathroom to make sure she was actually using the bathroom and then got mad at her, got mad at a pregnant lady for going to the restroom, would you rather her vomit on the merchandise?? I've seen how they treat employees and it's disappointing and frankly a let down for such a highly spoken corporation. Do better. I will not be returning here my money will go elsewhere.
