  I stopped by American Eagle Outfitters to shop a buy-one-get-one-50%-off jeans promotion. At checkout, I asked for clarification because the discount appeared as 25% off each pair. The associate replied in a very rude, snappy tone, “It’s 25% off. They gave you 25% off each one.” I understood the math, but the sign was worded differently, so I was simply asking how the promotion was being applied. There wasn’t even a line, so I wasn’t holding anyone up. I later added the same jeans to my online cart, and the total came out a few dollars cheaper. The whole thing wasn’t a huge deal, but the signs were confusing and the customer service at this location was disappointing.

  Es un lugar pequeño pero puedes encontrar ropa que seguramente te va encantar si te gusta la marca del Águila.

  My kids just love this place American Eagle outlet you can’t say enough good things about their clothes and actually they’re closed feel pretty good on me too and I am old not too old but gold so go to American Eagle outlet and you can find good prices and good deals

  Saw a line of shirts a few months ago in there, then went back to get them and they no longer had them. If they sold well, why not continue to carry. Should have gotten them when I saw it. Disappointed. Nice store though.
