- BBBonnie BryanOct 1, 20261.0DO NOT DO NOT OPEN A BELK CREDIT CARD IN THE MERIDIAN STORE!! They give you a one day temporary number and before I got home "someone" charged $134.95 to that number. The credit card company is working to get that resolved. The only reason I'm giving them a one star is because they do have good sales. Lack of air "0" cleanliness of restrooms "0".
- MNMike n/aJul 26, 20261.0The store looked like a wind storm hit it. Men's clothing was in total disarray, on the floor, name it the store was unstoppable. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they were on break at 4 in the afternoon. I let them know why I was not shopping there and was told they were short handed. Based on the condition of the store they have been short handed for months. Called customer service and they said to go online to file a complaint as if they could not submit it for me. I have lots of pictures to prove what I have posted here. Hey Belk, sales down or not up to par? Maybe look at your store and the quality of people who are running it.
