- RRRoy RachalJun 8, 20261.0Associate 007064 was extremely rude and unprofessional during our checkout experience. We felt we were treated differently from other customers. She initially refused to apply our coupon, even though we had several regular-priced items that qualified. We had to point out which items were regular price before she would consider it. During the transaction, she did not greet us, thank us, or hand us our bags, despite our purchase totaling nearly $500. At the same time, she was very friendly and helpful to another customer she appeared to know, asking if they needed help with anything and engaging in conversation. The difference in treatment made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We expect all customers to be treated with the same courtesy, professionalism, and respect regardless of their background. Basic maintenance is being postponed. Merchandising was good, neatly presented with nice feature displays. The staff was outstanding! Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful, eager to assist us. They were happy! Which was refreshing.
