He will match your level of concern for an issue and do everything within reason to make things right. Visit #2: I was going to send a baitcaster off for service through BP. Luckily, Nathan was the associate who was helping me. Within 5 minutes, he was able to assess a few things on my Shimano (even though he's a Lew's guy, ha!) and made a few adjustments. It's back to like new. You can tell Nathan has a love of what he does. Even though BP is a major corporation, going to the the Sunset Hills store feels like going to a proper old-school bait and tackle shop.

I was asked numerous times if I needed any help. As far as the prices go their pretty high in my opinion. Although, some of the fishing lures where a dollar cheaper than Walmart. Of course their selection is definitely unbeatable. Overall, I had a pretty good shopping experience and will probably go back from time to time.
