I gave a 5 because of the quality of customer care I received and simplu a genuine interaction from 1 worker in particular. Was highly impressed by a floor associate over by the boats by the name of Brent. Very friendly yet professional and extremely helpful. If you go into this location in ST. LOUIS. Ask for Brent to help you. You wont be disappointed.

Can't speak to an associate at firearms or optics counter until you download an app and scan a qr code to get in line, which is on a tv. Couldn't get it to work on my phone, but to be fair i'm not much of a gamer. If they had a paper list, I could have signed in, I had an ink pen in my pocket, but I think it confused they/them, completely ignored.
