  I normally order online cause the times I’ve visited the store in Frontenac I’m made to feel like I don’t belong there. Even from the black employees. I’ve never seen many black people shopping there when I visit, but I’m never greeted at the door like “other” guests. No one has ever asked if I need help. On 7/24 I was even asked by another customer can I help her and when I stated I didn’t work there and I needed help also, one employee overheard and immediately went to the “other” customer like I wasn’t standing there and didn’t need help also. I guess there was no way I could be shopping in there. I feel more comfortable and at home when I go into the Louis Vuitton Store At Frontenac than I do going at Alo. This makes me want to stop wearing the Alo brand all together. Why would I want to patronize an establishment on or offline and spend $100’s of dollars on one outfit only to be mistreated.

  It was a horrible experience shopping Alo in store. No one greeted me at the door, no one asked if I was finding everything ok, and it was extremely difficult to figure out who was actually working there in order to ask questions. While checking out, I felt extremely judged overall from the employee. I returned my items a few days later since I didn't even know if/where there were fitting rooms. I will continue spending my money at Lululemon instead.

  Drove two hours to shop here, and it did not disappoint! The store is immaculate! Also the guy that was working in the dressing room area went above and beyond to make sure I got the right sizes, and was very kind in general! Thank you for my wonderful experience!

  I hate how they don’t make sizes for plus size women. The clothes are absolutely great and nice but dang only for the skinnies. Us big women have money to spend to. Whatever carry on

  My daughter and I came in to purchase a few yoga sets ,on 3/10/26 around 12:00 pm one of your staff members a tall white male followed us throughout the store , he never greeted us or even asked if we needed assistance he just followed us and stared , I said something to let him know that he was making us very uncomfortable but that didn’t seem to bother him he just rudely stared .. We left the store feeling very not welcomed . That’s a horrible taste to leave in anyone’s mouth that feeling of being judged and as if my money don’t spend their ..
