We ran into an issue with another vendor one day before our event. I called Weindhardt Party Rentals to see if they could accommodate our needs with only one day’s notice. Not only were they able to deliver the tables and chairs the next morning, but the price was a fraction of what the original vendor was charging! Going forward I’ll know to book with Weinhardt from the start. The service, quality, and prices are on point!

As a wedding planner in St. Louis for the past 13 years, I have relied on Weinhardt Rentals more times than I can count. Their rental items are consistently high-quality, and their delivery team is knowledgeable, punctual, and helpful. Dawn takes tremendous pride not only in her family’s company, but also in being a trusted resource for wedding and event professionals and their clients. I am always grateful to have Weinhardt Rentals as part of an event team!

We hired Weinhardt Party Rentals to provide tables and chairs for a work event. The process was flawless. They have this down to an art. Seamless. Professional. Efficient. I would highly recommend hiring this company for your event needs.
