  Jonathan and the Simons Jewelers team made the engagement ring process seamless from start to finish! I worked with them from another timezone; they were professional, responsive, and made things easy to understand. They listened to my preferences and offered numerous options as they searched for the perfect stones. They delivered an incredible ring ahead of schedule.   It was well worth the relatively short wait to get the Rolex I wanted. The customer service is impeccable and you get to pet the shop dog too when you visit. Thomas was fantastic taking me through all the watch options in the price range I was looking in. I recommend a visit!

  I’ve purchased numerous pieces from Simon’s, and every time I go in there I’m amazed at how tremendous the entire staff is. Super attentive to detail. Customer.is their top priority. Fantastic! And I love the teddy bear of a fluffy dog on site!

  This was one of the strangest customer service experiences I've ever had. I stopped in hoping to have the bracelet on my Citizen dive watch resized. After standing in the showroom for about 10 minutes without anyone offering to help, I finally had to ask someone for assistance. I was then told, "We don't touch Citizens here," and was advised to go to the jewelry store next door instead. So I did. The shop next door resized my watch in just a few minutes without any hesitation. As I returned to my car, I was approached by the owner's son from Simon's, who motioned for me to roll down my window. He held up his phone and told me he had me on video because I had parked in their lot while I was next door, and that I'd been there too long. Think about that for a second. I spent 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged in the store. I was told they wouldn't work on my watch and was directed to another business. Then, after following their recommendation, I was confronted in the parking lot over the amount of time my car had been there. I've never experienced anything like it. If you're looking for friendly customer service, this wasn't it.
